Hi, I’m Beth Allen, ARNP, PMHNP, PNP, PMHS.
I provide supportive, integrated mental health and wellness care for children, teens and adults.
I live in the Pacific Northwest and enjoy spending time with my two teenagers and friends. I love being outdoors hiking, backpacking, paddle boarding, jogging with my dog, skiing, snowshoeing, traveling and reading.
My practice is built on a simple principle: mental health is physical health, and true wellness requires looking at the whole person.
I have a background in pediatrics, neurodevelopment and comprehensive mental health management. I have over 20 years experience as an RN working in emergency departments, intensive care units and school based health. I have been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-BC) since 2015 working in general pediatrics which included well care, neonatal care, acute illness care, mental health management and neurodevelopment. The most recent years I have focused on providing neurodiversity affirming autism assessments and pediatric mental health management. I became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2026 to expand my scope of practice to adults and managing complex mental health concerns.
My approach is shaped by a thorough understanding of how the brain and nervous system develop across the lifespan. I look beyond simple labels and focus on understanding how your unique history, environment, physical health, and daily rhythms interconnect to your wellbeing.
I am committed to providing evidence-based, trauma informed care. It is essential to provide neurodiversity-affirming care, meaning I don’t view differences in how our brains are wired as deficits to be 'fixed,' but rather as natural variations in the human experience to be understood, supported, and respected. Also LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive care because a person’s sexual orientation or gender identification is a part of who they are and a healthy variation of the human experience. All people deserve to be validated, respected, and supported for who they are.
Whether you or your child are navigating ADHD, anxiety, or mood changes, our work together is a collaborative partnership. By blending advanced psychiatric medicine with holistic, lifestyle-forward wellness strategies, we will build an individualized plan that honors your strengths, validates your story, and empowers you to thrive on your own terms
